Service has been amazing!
Dealing with Inter-Spas has been a joy. I've had a few
minor issues with my spa, nothing out of the ordinary - but the service has
been amazing. Matt from Inter-Spas lives the motto 'customers first'. He has
showed amazing flexiblity and follow through to meet my needs. He is the type of person that you don't run across too much in business. I recommend buying
any spa or service offered with confidence - they will not let you down!

I JUST WANTED TO TAKE A MINUTE AND TELL THE GUYS AT INTER-SPAS AND ESPECIALLY LEE ABOUT WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE I HAD WORKING WITH YOU GUYS AS I LOOKED TO PURCHASE A HOT TUB.
WHEN IT COMES TO HOT TUBS THEY RANGE SO MUCH IN PRICE, AMENITIES, AND UPGRADES I WAS HAVING TROUBLE DECIDING WHICH ROUTE TO GO. THANKFULLY I FOUND THE GUYS AT INTER SPAS.
RECEIVED THE MONTICELLO ABOUT A WEEK AGO AND LET ME TELL YOU IT IS BETTER THAN ADVERTISED. FROM THE TIME I PLACE THE ORDER TILL THE DAY THE FREIGHT TRUCK PULLED UP TO MY HOUSE I WAS TREATED WITH GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. IF I HAD A QUESTION LEE HAD AN ANSWER. IF YOUR NOT SURE WHAT SPA TO BUY LOOK NO FURTHER THAN A INTER-SPA.

My inter spa is a great hot tub
I just got my Inter Spa monticello 11 days ago and I really like it. The seats feel really comfortable and so do the strong jets. I got the inter spa because I I have sore back muscles in my middle back and my upper back on in to my neck. The seat with the neck jets has been great! I could tell right away that was my favorite position. I've used the Inter spa now for a straight week, and I can already tell I'm feeling better during the day, and I have more endurance and lees time I'm in pain in my neck and back thanks to my Inter Spa. I really am thankful I found inter spas because I really wanted 2 pumps to get the right amount of pressure, but I couldn't find one I could afford with that amount of pressure. I would highly recommend an Inter Spa to anyone looking for a hot tub. The quality is really very very nice and you can't beat the price!

Took forever to reach someone
After researching a few different companies/hot tubs, I eventually found Inter-Spas online. I was intrigued by their pricing, but I wanted to talk to someone on the phone to verify. I called THREE TIMES and STILL NON ONE ANSWERED. I became frustrated and looked elsewhere.
Four days later, I did finally ended up getting a call back from a salesman. Their explanation was Spring is a very busy time of the year for them which I understand, but I still don't get how these people stay in business. Well I say that, but I ended up buying one. Still this was only because they called back at the exact right moment when I was on the way to look at a used spa my neighbor was selling. I guess I'm not the only person looking for a hot tub when it's nice out, but still seems like they should be prepared for the demand.
This review may be somewhat premature because I just placed the order and haven't received my spa yet, but even though it took some time, I feel confident after finally talking with someone that the company is legit...at least I hope.

I Left a Sterling Review Already Once Before
I purchased my spa about 15 months ago and left a sterling review once I received and tested it out. Here I am now 15 months later leaving another review. I still LOVE my purchase and have had no problems whatsoever. I wanted to comment on the superb customer service "after the sale". My sales consultant have called be now and then to see how I am enjoying my spa. He has gone above and beyond in regards to follow-up to ensure my satisfaction and I really do appreciate that.
Also, I showcased my spa to a personal friend who was shopping around for one. I told him how happy I was with my purchase and he ended up buying the same spa that I did. My sales consultant actually sent me a $99 spa chemical kit for free in appreciation for my referral.
I've said it before and say it again, If you are skeptical about making such a large purchase via the internet, don't worry. I researched for over a month and you will never find a better quality product at these price points and they will help you pick your style, color, and options based on their expertise. A+ to Inter-Spas and my consultant "Matt", he is TOP-NOTCH!

Happy with purchase
Overall, I’m happy with my purchase. I had been shopping around for over a year before I found Inter-Spas. Other hot tub companies I talked to wanted way more than I could spend.
I decided to go with the Monticello hot tub model. The whole reason I got the Monticello is because it has lots of jets and it also has two pumps. I owned a hot tub before with one pump and it just didn’t cut it..
I was pretty sketched out about buying the spa without actually seeing it, but after I talked to a few different people at the company, and read reviews, I felt a lot better.
The only problem I had was the delivery took longer than I expected. I had to call the third party shipping company directly to clear up a shipping address problem.

Thank you Inter Spas for saving me some serious dough!
I bought a Cypress Swim Spa from Inter-spas about 6 months ago. These guys have been great, and I wanted to write a special Inter-Spas review becuase I love my new swim spa. I use it every day, and I’m REALLY glad I went with the factory direct option to save some cash. I had to wait a while after I bought the Cypress online to actually get it because they were out of stock and had to build me a new one in their factory. They told me it would take 3-4 weeks and it took 5. Other than that, everything went fine. It was well worth the wait! The delivery guys were nice and so were the salesman. Thank you Inter-Spas for a swim spa that works great and for saving me some serious money!

i would recommend their product to anyone
in may 2011 i bought a monticello hot tub. i was a little nervous buying it on line but the price was to good to pass by. now i have had it for 6 months and it is great. i looked at a lot of spas and this one is worth twice as much as i payed. i searched and searched to find a problem with inter spa company and couldnt find a thing. i would recommend their product to anyone.

well worth the money!!!
We recently purchased the Monticello Spa and could not be happier. After considerable research we decided to buy from inter-spas. We estimate we saved between $3000 to $5000 for a comparably equipped spa from local retailers/manufacturers. The customer service is exceptional and the quality of the product is superior.........well worth the money!!!

Great deliver service!
These guys picked up and set in place my Monticello Spa on my new deck. I paid to have is set in place and boy was that a great move. These two guys new how to move and set it in place. they took the time to go over the spa with me. They were great. I recommend to all to have this company deliver and set your spa.
